Limited company tax (non uk resident)

Hello! I want to form a Limited company in UK. I am not a UK resident, and never lived or planned to go to UK. I would be the only director, shareholder, and director in Company. Nature of business would be Brokerage (Intermediaries: invoicing my own company in Algeria with no profit margin) I would like to know if this company will be Tax exempt or not

Corporation tax is self-assessed and HMRC cannot give tax planning advised. You would need to review the treaties under Tax treaties, for Algeria.
