P11D - "Pay your P11D by 22 July"

Logged into our business tax account page today and was faced with the above message re: P11D payments? We only pay our 11 staff their mileage (@ 45p p/mile) which is taxed through PAYE. I've tried to log a nil return but was unable to do this and am concerned we'll be fined for missing the deadline date for submission? Why has this message appeared on our dashboard?

Hi LD,
We may be expecting a P11d return.
If you are having issue filing a NIL return it may be because the deadline for filing has passed.
You may be able to complete it by saying its an amendment.
If you are having further issues please contact our online services helpdesk on 0300 200 3600.
