Hi there, I have sold a property in Italy but no CGT would be due, as there was no gain in the value of the property. I am filling in my HMRC self-assessment form now. Do I need to declare this property disposal on the HMRC self-assessment form (under the CGT section), even if no CGT tax is due on it? Thanks for any guidance!
