Statement of Account for CGT paid

Hi - I am trying to get hold of a document to submit to the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA), that proves we paid capital gains tax in the UK in October 2023. This is so we can claim foreign tax credit. They are expecting something like a statement of account you would receive for personal income tax. Is such a thing available and how would we get hold of it. Thanks
