Deedof Assignment of Beneficial Interest

I have completed a Deed of Assignment to transfer Beneficial Interest in part of a property wholly owned by me to my spouse. How to I register it as Form 17 does not apply?

Hi,
 
You will need to send the deed of assignment to HMRC for it to be noted and acknowledged -
PAYE & Self Assessment,
BX9 1AS .

How long does it take for hmrc to note and acknowledge the deed of assignment?
