I have prepared a Deferral Relief claim for subscription to EIS shares in year 23-24.The gain I wish to claim is from 22-23 . Do I need to calculate the relief (ie 20% tax paid on gain last year) and include calculated figure in "Decrease in tax due because of adjustments to an earlier year" ? Likewise for SEIS Reinvestment Relief

Hi Arpe,
If claiming this on your return, yes.
Thank you.
