Hello I run the subsistence with the approved bench mark scale rate payments. These rates have not been updated for years, and I have a concern that they are no longer appropriate for the cost of meals. I notice that in the below link, HMRC says these figures will be adjusted when there is as below: Uprating benchmark scale rates HMRC is committed to reviewing the rates annually and will consider revising them when there has been a change in the scale rate of plus or minus 10% based on the Consumer Price Index from when it was last revised. This comes from : https://www.gov.uk/hmrc-internal-manuals/employment-income-manual/eim05230 Is there any new rates tht anyone is aware of, when I have staff going away I do £5.00 B, £5.00L, £15.00D, depending on the time away from their workplace etc, and dependant on type of accomodation. What do other people use? Thanks

Hi,

The rates at EIM30240 are still in place.

EIM30240 - Exemption for amounts which would otherwise be deductible: payments at a benchmark rate

Thank you.
