I work from home 4 days a week and one day I can go to a shared office space by myself that my employer has rented for me, just for that day. The rest of the company all work remotely across the UK and there is no office. Can I claim the flat rate WFH allowance for the 4 days a week at home?

Hi lloydnm20,

You can still be eligible to make a claim where you meet both the following criteria:
"their employer has not already paid their expenses
they have additional household costs as a result of working from home
One of the following must also apply
there are no appropriate facilities available to perform the job on the employer’s premises
the job requires them to live far from their employer's premises. Therefore, making daily travel unreasonable
government restrictions require them to work from home"

Thank you,
