If a small company books all its staff into a hotel for a 1.5-day work focussed conference, is there any tax liability if all meals, travel and accommodation are paid by the employer, but 2 hours of the 10.5 'working hours' are free time? To be used for leisure and recreation which will not be paid for by the employer?
