Business milage from home or workplace

Hello, I work as a surveyor, my place of work is in Stratford, London but I live in Essex. I regularly drive from home to sites and property’s around Essex and outside M25. My question is can I claim business miles from my house or should it be the office in Stratford London or is it the closer of the two??
