Hi, I wanted to understand if a sole trader can add their Skilled Worker Visa fees (Visa Fee + Immigration Surcharge) under their business expenses?

Hi Shivam,
No.  Expenses need to be solely for the purpose of the business which your visa/immigration charge is not.
