Hi, I was self employed (sole proprietor) for part of the year and in employment for the other half. My employer required me to work from home so I'll claim £312 for that. Can I also claim the £26 per month for working from home for the time I was self employed?

Hi rb,

If a claimant has more than one job they are only eligible to claim up to the maximum once, this applies if more than one job is held at the same time
and also if a customer changes job during the year.
As you state you are already claiming £312 when not in PAYE for the full year, then this actually covers both periods for the full year.

Thank you.
