Shipping wine from HK for personal use

hello, We are a wine shop based in Hong Kong, our customer had purchased 24 bottles of wine from us (HS code: 220421) for personal use and would like us to deliver the wine to the UK. We usually ship our wine to overseas by Fedex. - May I know do we need a license to ship wine to the UK (both shipper and consignee)? - What document do we need to provide for declaration? - May I know how much will the duty and taxes be to deliver wine from Hong Kong? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
You need to check this information on trade tariff UK. You can also use the service to:
•    check if there’s duty or VAT to pay
•    find out about suspensions or reductions
Trade Tariff: look up commodity codes, duty and VAT rates
