CDS Duty Override

We have a russian product that is exempt from sanctions applied 01/01/2023, however the additional duties are still being applied. Does anyone have experience of over-ride on CDS or using document code 9022?

If this is regarding a CDS declaration you will need to report the issues via:
Report a problem using the Customs Declaration Service
or
Ask the export support team a question
