BoD submission /upload online for CDS entries

The Reporting period for Qtr BoD will have many CDS entries and possibly some amended CHIEF too. Q1 Do we combine CDS and CHIEF in same file? Q2 Can we submit BoD for CDS entries (Oct Dec 2022) using the existing LC Form link/access and Online submission ?, Thank you
