Hello, I was wondering how can I collect back returns of Items (perfumes) from my customers outside the EU. Would the return also return me the duties I had to pay. Can someone help with this matter what is the best process?

Hi,
You can get a customs agent or express operator to arrange the returns and submit declaration on your behalf. You can also claim a relief to pay less Customs Duty and VAT if you re-import goods to the UK. Please see below link for more information.
Pay less import duty and VAT when re-importing goods to the UK
Thank you.

Sorry I think I did not explained myself correctly. Normally the nature of the problem is the type of product being Perfume ("Dangerous Goods") but if a customer returns a product purchased --> they more likely not have a license to process dangerous goods, however they are returning a purchase. Generally I keep being told the customer cannot ship into the UK. I wonder if this shipment is treated as a "fresh shipment" of if there is a legal treatment for "returns" which allows customers return to Merchant the item. (hope this makes more sense)

Hi The issue is the perfume is considered hazardous for shipping whether it is being returned or not . This is a requirement of the carriers / airlines not customs.

Hi
You need to check with the carrier as dangerous goods are separated into different classes which affect how they are transported.
For customs requirements, you can check trade tariff UK to see if a commodity requires any license or if there are exemptions available.
Trade Tariff: look up commodity codes, duty and VAT rates
Thank you.
