Register a freight forwarder with the CDS system

I have been asked by our freight forwarder (first time using them) to register their company on the CDS system. How do I do this? I have access to the system through this link: https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/customs/payment-records

Further to my original comment: I have added the freight company as an "account authority" using their EORI number. They appear on the list of "Accounts you have already authorised". Do I need to do anything else?

Is this regarding add them as a standing authority to your duty deferment, cash or general guarantee account check the guidance : Set up or view an authority on the Customs Declarations Service      . Thank you.

The freight company should now be able to your duty deferment, cash or general guarantee account for your CDS declaration any issues should be referred to   : Report a problem submitting a declaration using the Customs Declaration Service   . Thank you.
