Good afternoon, we are two private individuals who have raised donations in order to fill our privately owned van with humanitarian aid to drive to Poland on 31st March to donate to a, as yet unidentified, NGO in Poland - but most likely the Polish Red Cross. I cannot find an easy answer about how to safely get these goods into the EU without the risk of incurring duty. This is a non-profit making charitable exercise by two individuals on humanitarian grounds. Can you please point me in the right direction on how best to do this? Many thanks.
