Importing goods through NI

We're an Irish company that imports goods form UK, only the products will go to NI for storage (2-3 months) and after to be brought to Ireland. So the importer will be our Irish company. Is CDS Import declaration the customs declaration that must be completed for bringing goods to NI ? Our company is using Thyme-IT and all information I found are regarding TSS. Can you help with steps must to follow for this movement? UK-NI-Ireland Thank you.
