Good morning, We have 2 offices, one in England & another in Northern Ireland. We need to send some computer equipment to Northern Ireland (where our IT department are based). Can you help with the below? - How do we value this equipment if we are not selling/buying. It is a transfer from one office to another, both within the same Limited company. - We do not have the original commerical documents from when the equipment was bought (pre-Brexit), therefore we do not know the country of origin, can we get around this? - I'm fine with taking an educated guess of the commodity code, is this fine? Again we do not have the original documents from when it was bought to clarify. Thanks in advance, Kind regards,

If you are moving goods from GB to NI it is essential they are declared correctly to the best of your knowledge (value, commodity code, etc).

The Trader Support Service (TSS) or your customs agent will be able to directly assist with the information to put on the customs declaration:

Trading and moving goods in and out of Northern Ireland

Thank you.
