New Alcohol Duty System

A new Alcohol Duty System is being introduced from 1st August which will change the way duty is calculated for certain goods such as wine. Does anyone have any information about what changes their may be in the customs tariff, what additional information may be required to be input ? For example, for wine we currently only need to enter the number of litres as a supplementary unit, as the new system will calculate duty using the ABV/litres of alcohol how will this information be input on an import entry ?
