We sell and / or lease tools to customers in Northern Ireland. Customers are the end users of those tools. The tools are supplied direct to customers from our warehouse in the UK. We are signed up to UKIMs and declare the goods as not at risk. Sometimes those tools require repairs which we offer as a service (either under warranty or as part of lease agreement). Currently we bring the tools back to our repair centre in the UK, this takes a long time and customers are frustrated by the process. It would be much fast and smoother for customers if we could repair those tools in our Dublin repair centre. Are we allowed to do those repairs in Dublin and still be compliant with our UKIMS "not at risk" declaration?

Hi,
To check this you need to contact the supervising office of the UKIMS authorisation.
Their contact details will be available on the authorisation letter issued to you when it was granted.
Thank you.
