For landlords with income above £50,000 due to start 7/4/2026. Is the software free from HMRC and what information do we need to submit. Can we use our income and costs spread sheets

Hi,
You will need to use software the is compatible with Making Tax Digital to keep digital records and send Income Tax updates instead of sending Self Assessment tax returns.
