Hello, I am trying to understand how to complete Form-17 and guidance from TSEM9848.
I do have a question.
When I go to fill out Form-17, it asks "Address of Property Held in Joint Names". If the property "isn't" held jointly (i.e. single owner name) but the beneficial entitlement is not 50/50 (e.g. 80/20 or even 100/0), can I still fill out form-17 and provide declaration of trust?

Hi Mohammed Manna,
A form 17 declaration is only to be used when a property in owned by a married or civil partnership couple and they are declaring an unequal split.
If a property is owned solely then Form 17 does not apply.
