Ok, final question from me. We purchased a house in EEA, that qualifies as a FHL. Which of the following are allowable expenses. 1) Lawyer fees 2) Notary Fees, 3) Stamp Duty, 4) Property Transfer Tax. Thanks

The fees you have mentioned appear to relate to the purchase of the property and so none of them will be an allowable expense against the rental income.
