We are running MTD compatible software so registered for MTD. No confirmation email has been received. When trying to give our software permission to talk to HMRC we went to manage permissions for tax software as advised on our MTD letter from HMRC. We get a message saying we have not authorised the software and need to do so within the software package. Conversely, the software says we have to go to Manage redirect URIs under our HMRC account to specify the URL details of our cloud based software, Manage redirect URIs does not exist in our HMRC account! Stuck, anyone have an answer please?
