In order for your issues to be investigated please contact the VAT Online Helpdesk. They can take your details, check if any issues are showing and escalate this internally to get this resolved if necessary.

I signed up for MTD last week and when I log in to xero to connect it to HMRC it says it's still being processed and will take 72 hours. It's been longer then 72 hours. Have I done somthing wrong? I need to do my first vat return but can't until its connected and set up. Anyone help?

Please call the helpline on 0300 200 3700 and they will be able to check that everything has been set up correctly.
