A1 form not received

Hi, I have applied for an A1 form on 12.5.2024. The excepted reply was 31.7. I'm stuck in a loop when trying to contact by phone, the chat box is not helpful either and have now other way of tracking my form

The process for applying for, and receiving, an A1 form is not fit for purpose. I occasionally need to work on a site in Belgium with maybe a month or so notice, for three days delivering a training programme. The site requires an A1 certificate. I applied for my last one in December and am being told that I can expect a reply in June 2025. The work was in February! I am now applying for a date in May with little expectation of receiving anything. It is fortunate the site where I go to work accepts the application as sufficient documentation. Which makes the whole process absurd.
