Withdraw money from National Insurance paid?

While working and living inside UK, can weithdraw money from National Insurance we paid till now?

Hi,
Whilst living in the UK, you are liable to pay National Insurance contributions if you are employed or self-employed, and you cannot withdraw any money from these payments.
