63 weeks of NI Credits?

I'm a little confused as to how I have 63 weeks of credits for the year 2008-2009?
Is it not possible to move 10 weeks worth of credits onto the previous year to balance it out as I apparently only have 42 weeks

Unfortunately it is not possible to check individual records through this forum.
The HMRC Customer Forum is for general queries only.
Could you please use the options at National Insurance: general enquiries who will be able to assist you with gaps in your National Insurance record.
They will also advise regarding paying Voluntary National Insurance: Overview to fill those gaps or any National Insurance Contributions (NIC) that can be reallocated.
