Year end help Basic Tools

Hi there . Could anyone help please. I have tried to contact helpline on numerous occasions but keep getting cut off. I have prepared the last week of 2022/23 and followed the links for final submissions etc but my P60's are not showing and the new tax year hasnt opened . Just wondered what I may have done wrong . I’ve just had the same problem. Turns out that the “Basic PAYE tools” needed an update, after that I was able to see a new tax year. As long as you are using a computer that is at most 11 years old, the new update should work fine. I am using a mac from 2012 and the update is working. But it’s worth checking the system requirements. Hope this is helpful
