Tax refund

Hi, so I work 8 hours a week earning around £320-£400 a month. I have used the tax calculator and it has said that I shouldn’t have been taxed as I’m not earning enough to be taxed. I’ve been taxed for the last 3 months and tried to call HMRC but the wasn’t getting any response, any help?
