In December, we sent an FPS to HMRC which had incorrect year to date figures on it. This has since been corrected and an EPS sent with these corrected figure on. Since then, we have also submitted the monthly FPS for January, February and March but the year to date figures for employees and employers national insurance have not been corrected. What else can be done to sort this as it looks like we owe HMRC money when we don't?

An EPS doesn't correct FPS year to date figures.

Perhaps you are meaning an EYU or FPS?

The best thing to do here, is to call our Employer Helpline on 0300 200 3200.

One of our Adviser's can check your RTI submissions/Employer PAYE account and advise how to resolve this.

Thank you.
