To cut a long story short (if possible).. 1, Due to registering as a new employer and having to wait for the Employer Paye and Accounts Office Reference to arrive in the post, I haven't been able to send any submissions for my new employee. I haven't been able to store submissions either as there doesnt seem to be an option to do this on this software. 2, Upon receiving in the post both of the above reference number last Monday (14th April 2025) I applied online for an activation code for a Government Gateway Business Account, which will hopefully arrive in the next couple of day. 3, Due to waiting for this Activation code it means I cant send Full Payment submissions and as i will be paying Employer National Insurance contributions I cant pay those either (deadline 22nd of the month. 4, As the New employee is part time and less than £1500 will be payable employers can request to pay quarterly but.....I have been unsuccessful when i have phoned both the Payments Helpline and New Employers Helpline...my call isn't even getting through to speak to an advisor (the call ends with 'Were sorry we cant deal with your call at the moment, good bye.. 5, I have been phoning since last Tuesday without success is there a fault on the phone lines, I have also tried the online chat which is always busy. Obviously Im very concerned about penalties due to having not being about to pay PAYE or send Full Payment Submissions, any help would be greatly appreciated
