Alabaster calculation time limits

Hi, Are there any time limits on employers for calculating Maternity Pay as a result of a pay rise please? I'm not able to find any specific legislation or HMRC guidance. It's often difficult to do this in the month of a pay award especially with a large workforce. Many Thanks, Daniel Baron

Time limits are discuss in : Statutory Payments Manual however these relate to timelimits for the individual claiming this. There doesnt appear to be any mention on time limits for an employer recalculating it. If you require more advise please contact us on 0300 200 3200 . Thank you.
