We have today recieved an Employer Payment Booklet for the income tax year 2023-24 and 12 HMRC addressed envelopes. Firstly we have never recieved these before and always made payments electronically and secondly we are in the process of closing the business down and closed the scheme on 08.11.22 via PAYE Basic. Presumably this is an error?

Without your reference we would not be able to advise for sure, however, if you just continue to submit electronically that should be fine.
