My client would like to close his limited company via a MVL (Members Voluntary Liquidation) before the autumn. The company will need to file P11D's for 2025/26. Can this be done before 5th April 2026 ? And if so how can the filing be done with HMRC and the relevant 1A Nics be paid ? Thank you

Hi,
The limited company can be closed but the PAYE scheme left open to facilitate this.
The P11d's and payments can then be made.
Thank you.
