Sign In Code For Government Gateway

We have 30+ companies in our group all with their own PAYE Reference. When we sign into the Gateway a code is sent to a works mobile number. The problem we have is when that person is on holiday it is awkward to obtain that code. Is there another way we can obtain this code by e-mail or is there a way of nominating more than one mobile number? Regards,
