Reversals not reflected in personal tax accounts

If a salary reversal via the necessary RTI subsmission is made and this does not show up in the employee's personal tax account, what can either party do to get the personal tax account to agree?

Hi James Smith,
If your figures are correct as the employer, the employee will need to speak with personal tax directly on 0300 200 3300.
