I have an employee who has finished his 28 weeks sick pay, how do I keep him on without paying him, as he will be long term ill.

Hi,

You can keep him on the payroll, however if you are not paying him, you should not send in any full payment submissions
until he returns to work.

You should have already given him an SSP1 form advising they have received the full entitlement to SSP.
