PAYE - Under 18

Hi I'm under 18 and just started a new job. I am paid weekly, on my latest payslip I earned £116.25 but was taxed £23.20. I defintely do not earn over £12,570 a year so I don't know if I'm supposed to be getting this tax. Is this correct?
