Any assistance from HMRC on claiming the remittance basis

I am an new immigrant to the UK. I received foreign income from April to September last year and would like to claim tax on the remittance basis. All I know is to complete the SA100 and SA109, but don't know how to get it, how to submit and etc. Is there any assistance from HMRC or any other voluntary organisations to support new immigrants on this.
