Employer has submitted incorrect P11d's how do they amend these

My employer has submitted incorrect P11d's for 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24 how do they correct these they have included a company van and fuel as a benefit in kind when these are not used for personal use and are required for my job.

The employer will need to submit a new P11d online with the correction.
