Hi. I left the uk back in 2007 to live and work in Australia. Since then I’ve moved again to Canada where I’ve since settled permanently. I’ve never been back to the UK for work and I don’t plan to in the future, however I don’t actually remember whether I submitted a P-85 when I first left. I don’t want to fall foul of any tax rules so is this something I need to be worried about and look into/rectify? And if so, whats the best way to go about it?

Hi,
If you have not had any UK income since you left then you dont need to do anything other than update your address.
Thankyou.
