To cut a long story short, I came into some family inheritance back in 2018 when interest rates were reasonable and went over my £1,000 Personal Savings Allowance, you therefore amended my PAYE tax code to reclaim back untaxed interest. Interest rates then dramatically reduced and I have not exceeded the £1,000 interest for my PSA from 2019 to date. I have recently requested a copy of untaxed BBSI you have on record for me and you carried over interest for savings accounts that I had closed years before, and other accounts that are no longer active. Most of the information is wrong. I accept this tax year 22/23 as to be estimated but not the last 3 years? How to I sort this out, because it's too much information to advise over the phone?

If there are figures for accounts that are closed, you can contact us by telephone or in writing. If there are other accounts with incorrect figures, we will be able to investigate.
