Being Paid In US Dollars Into A PayPal Account

Hi, I write for a US company that pays me monthly in US Dollars through PayPal. I then transfer the money into my UK bank account. I have a question: When I do my self-assessment, what conversion rate do I use to convert the Dollar amount into Pounds? Regards Adam Howarth
