Letter refused for delivery at Benton Park View

I have sent a registered letter to HM Revenue and Customs BP8002 Benton Park View Newcastle Upon Tyne NE98 1ZZ United Kingdom Via ParcelForce and it has been “refused by addressee” at the above address. It seems the couriers May have mis-transposed the BP8002 in the second line. Could this have caused a problem. The form is related to Inheritance Tax. Frustrating as they first tried delivery at the Inheritance Tax HM Revenue and Customs BX9 1HT address where one is originally told to send the form. Apparently Couriers are not allowed to use that second address. Any guidance gratefully received.
