Hi. I see several people have had problems being verified for a personal tax account. I have a UK Passport, but don't have a P60 because I wasn't employed at the the end of the tax year. I worked last summer in a pub before going to university. I keep failing verification and when I call the number on the end screen, I am informed that that telephone number can't help me with verification. How do I resolve this please and what telephone number should I call and what options do I need to press? Thanks for your help

If you are unable to verify with the options being provided you will not be able to access the Personal Tax Account.

We are unable to verify outside of the Government Gateway questions.
