I am unable to successfully reset my password for this community website. Everytime I do I get an invalid sign-in attempt. If I try to report an issue with the website I get a "we're sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again and if this persists, contact the website administrator" "We've been notified about this issue and will take a look shortly " however it has being doing this for months
