Hello, I wondered if anyone can advise whether monies generated via sites like gofundme by an individual are taxable? Thanks,

Hi,

Donations to gofundme are classed as personal gifts and are not taxable. They are not tax deductible either for donors.

The only time when they are potentially taxable is when there is a condition, for example a barter type transaction.
